A 50% non-refundable deposit of the total price is required upon agreement of the website design. The total price will include the domain name fee, and the web hosting on a Fever Host server. Work on your design will only begin after receipt of said deposit. Webmaster Dino will then proceed to build a maximum of 6 sample web designs for you to choose from. They will be basic layouts, and graphic will then be added to the selected design. In less than 7 days (or sooner depending on when your final approval is received), your website will be up and running, for everyone to view. Upon receipt of your final payment once your web site is completed, Webmaster Dino will release the site to you, including transfer of ownership of your domain name, web hosting accounts, log-in info and passwords, thus giving you full control of your website. You will be fully responsible for your website upon transfer of ownership mentioned above. Any updating requests after the transfer of ownership will result in additional costs, unless otherwise agreed upon. If no agreement is reached regarding your web site design, the 50% deposit shall be forfeited to cover all labor and expenses incurred. At Webmaster Dino we strive for perfection and customer satisfaction is our highest priority. We will do our utmost to ensure that your web design suits your needs. After final payment is received, Webmaster Dino shall not be responsible for any and all criminal responsibilities, such as but not limited to: contents, quotes, copyright infringements, use of any images, music, videos, or any material added to your web site, regardless of any warnings by Webmaster Dino of possible copyright violations.
